Angry post: Amanah (Responsibility)

Things are getting on my nerves this week.
I have been holding this for so long but I didn't say it. But it happens a lot lately, I can't hold it in anymore.
About irresponsible people.
Sometimes, I don't understand why Malaysians love to take too many positions in clubs or societies. I am not sure whether this is happening in overseas only or in Malaysia as well.
Some took 3. That's a whole lot. I don't mind people taking that much responsibility.
But you know what?
They took it all, but they cannot commit to every single one of it.
I will explain what I meant by that. A simple real-life example. 
'A' have a position in 3 different societies. X, Y and Z. When X calls for a meeting, Z has a meeting as well. Then, 'A' has to go to either one. But 'A' is neglecting X, where 'A' feels that is less important. So A is going for Z.
That is the thing that you have to do when you have a lot of responsibility due to having a lot of positions. 
You feel like it's okay for not coming to X meeting. Because you can simply say "I have another commitment for other society.". 
Does that solve the problem? NO!
You are implicating problem to the committees of X society. X society needs someone to come and it's you! If you feel like you cannot attend each and every meeting of the societies that you have a position in, then don't take it!!! 
People are looking at this thing as okay. 'This thing' I mean is by not going to a meeting by making a seemingly reasonable excuse like: I hAvE aNOtheR MeetiNg.
That is totally wrong. 
It needs to stop.
Taking responsibility means that you are sure enough to take EACH AND EVERY SINGLE THING OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. THIS INCLUDES COMING TO MEETINGS THAT YOU FEEL LIKE NOT IMPORTANT TO YOU. IF IT'S NOT IMPORTANT TO YOU, THEN WHO ELSE GOING TO ATTEND? AND NOT JUST MEETINGS, BUT TO THE SOCIETY IMPORTANT EVENTS!
Tell me now, who are going to go to the meetings if not the committees? TELL ME?
This leads me to judge those people who take too much of positions. Why do they do that? Fame? Name? CV?
Let me tell you other things you could do to enhance your CV. Getting good grades, volunteering for off-campus clubs, doing summer research, joining competitions, looking for jobs, an exchange program.
There is a lot. NOT JUST BY TAKING POSITIONS!
Guys, remember this. I am the victim. I am the victim of irresponsible people. I cried because of this. I ditch my studies aside just to make sure everything in my society is doing well. 
Well, you know what? I planned to not taking any positions this semester, but Allah has planned it for me, even though how many time I have pushed away for that one offer to take this one position and people force it down my throat, in the end, I cannot push it away any further. In the end, I have to take it. This is not what I want. But I believe, this is better for me. Like have been mentioned in the Quran: Not everything that I dislike are the things that are bad to me. So maybe, this is the best and Allah knows I am the best for this position. 
I know, taking responsibility means that I am going to sacrifice my energy, time and emotion to it.
